Kevin Duffy
Managing Director
Kevin has worked for most of his career in the automotive industry across a wide range of roles in sales and marketing. He took over the running of MPL Fabrications 4 years ago.
Leveraging his extensive experience at Jaguar Land Rover, Kevin has become an indispensable figure in steering the business towards a promising future. His unwavering devotion to the company is palpable in the substantial investments directed towards the enhancement of machinery, a strategic move aimed at ensuring MPL Fabrications competitiveness amidst the ever-evolving engineering landscape.
Amber Winterburn
Commercial Manager
Amber started with the company as an apprentice over 6 years ago. She is now responsible for all accounting inputs, CRM management and customer handling.
Scott Stephenson
General Manager
Scott is the key contact within MPL and has been with the company for over 38 years. He's responsible for the overall running of the business and has a wealth of experience in quality, design, manufacturing and pricing.
Paul Randle
CAD Design & Estimating Manager
Paul has been with the company for over 30 years starting as an apprentice at 17. He is responsible for doing all CAD designs for production on the LVD punch machine, as well as procurement and pricing for the company.
Darren Thorpe
Production Manager
Darren has recently been promoted to Production Manager and has been with the company for over 30 years. Darren ensures the smooth operation of the shop floor and optimises production timing and quality output.
Steve Fleming
Skilled Fabricator
Steve has been with the company for over 35 years. He is a highly skilled specialist press brake setter and operator and specialises in highly complex fabrications.
Lee Taylor
Skilled Fabricator and Welder
Lee has been with MPL for just over a year and has brought a wide range of skills being an experienced MIG and TIG welder and light steel fabricator.
Elliot Parrot
Semi Skilled Fabricator & CAD Operator
Elliot began as an apprentice at MPL 9 years ago. He has learned many skills since then and now is a CAD operator and training to be a CAD programmer. He is also a semi professional footballer for Bedworth United.
Stuart Holt
Quality Inspector
Stuart joined the company just over a year ago and brings a wealth of experience in quality management to ensure that the end product meets all customer requirements.
Jonathan Christian
TIG Welder
Jon is a highly skilled TIG welder specialising in intricate spot welding. He has been with MPL for over 30 years and he has a reputation for welding excellence.
Kevin Dagnan
MIG Welder & Skilled Fabricator
Kevin is the newest member of the team. A highly skilled MIG welder, who we recruited to expand and enhance our efficiencies in the welding team due to increasing demand.
Alan Whitmore
Engraver
Alan has been engraving for over 50 years. He is an expert in his profession and engraves all products at MPL Fabrications that require this highly skilled finish.
David Lawrence
Logistics Co-ordinator
Dave is the customer face of the business, loading and delivering finished products nationwide. Dave started with the business during 2024, having previously worked extensively in the Telecoms Industry.
